SERMON OUTLINE 

1) Church Army visiting speaker, Kinda Kelsi, gave his testimony of being converted from a Sikh background.

2) Jesus sent folk out 2 by 2 – mission needs to be about working in teams.

3) Video of comments from various Church Army workers.

3) The 72 were urged to find a person of peace – i.e. a nonbeliever, who welcomed and was open to them and their message.

4) In it all, what is key is really trusting God.

QUESTIONS OF APPLICATION 

1) Read the passage – what strikes you most, or  hit you most on Sunday?

2) How do we as a church, or you as a cell or personally, emulate the mission described here?  What is God saying to us/you in this respect?

3) Who is your person of peace?

4) Have we become too cosy and inward looking as a church?
